LG Wine Smart The Frist Clamshell Android

Clamshell mobile phone models that was popular a few years ago is now revived by LG. South Korean company introduced the "flip mobile phone" Android, the LG Wine Smart.

LG Smart Wine is designed for users of the middle class and the parents are still getting used to the physical keyboard numerical model, the direction navigation button, menu, home, back, and cameras.

There are features of "Safe Keeper" function to send an emergency message to a telephone number or a number of other close relatives were selected. This feature will be activated automatically when the Smart Wine not used for a certain time. Emergency information that is sent, among others, the current position of the phone or when last used.

Other physical buttons found in the LG Wine Smart is a special key to access the instant messaging service KakaoTalk. As quoted from AndroidCommunity, KakaoTalk very popular in South Korea and is widely used even by the parents.

The combination of flip model, emergency messaging features, and special keys KakaoTalk make the Smart Wine really focus on the user to use among the elderly.

From the hardware side, the LG Wine Smart uses a quad-core 1.2 GHz, 1 GB RAM and 4 GB internal memory which can be expanded via the SD card.

Wine Smart Screen 3.5 inch with a resolution of 480x320. Although the shape of the fold, the Smart Wine still equipped with two cameras, 8 MP rear and VGA front. 1700 mAh battery of this Kitkat Android phone can be removed and replaced easily.
