Google has unveiled the Nexus 9, a new tablet that was created in collaboration with HTC. Equipped with high specifiacation with elegant body, the Nexus 9 could be potentially a tough rival for the latest iPad tablet which is scheduled to release October 16 US time.
Nexus 9 body is made with a touch of metal and its thickness is only 7.9 mm. with 8.9 inch screen size which claimed Google as the ideal tablet size.
"Nexus 9, with a 8.9-inch screen and a metal, small enough to carry with just one hand but also large enough to be operated," Google said in a statement.
Unlike most Android tablets, Nexus 9 screen aspect ratio is 4: 3, not 16: 9. The resolution is 2,048 x 1,536 pixels. HTC Nexus also complete 9 BoomSound speaker technology.
Specification itself is quite high. 9 Nexus Tegra processor using K1, which is a 64 bit processor. 2GB RAM, and a choice storagenya consists of 16 and 32 GB. The battery is claimed to be able to last for 9 hours.
Nexus 9 will be released prices starting at USD 399 to USD 599, and will be available on store starting at 3 November. For the first phase, planned to greet Nexus 9 in 29 countries.
