Race of Low cost smartphones is getting hot. Google launches initiative cheap Android phone with Andorid One platform and Huawei answer withl Honor Holly.
Holly Honor was first launched in India which was also the first marketing Andorid One. It is sold in the range of USD 118. Specifications is quite good for the mobile low-end class.
Holly Honor brings 5-inch wide-screen 720p resolution, MediaTek 1.3 GHz quad-core processor, 2000 mAh battery, 8-megapixel main camera, 2 megapixel front camera, 1GB of RAM and 16GB of internal memory. It has been operating with the Android operating system 4.4.2 KitKat.
Marketing method is similar to Xiaomi strategy. That is completely sold online through Flipkart online store. There is no information whether the Honor Holly will also be marketed outside India.
